Umm...what about when people are left for weeks and weeks with nothing at all because the jobcentre system for some reason takes |6 weeks (sometimes more) for someone to enter details onto a computer and press 'pay'?

Agree with this, just not the idea of ALL benefits being paid that way. Something like the milk token system would be good for CB. Would also stop people on 50k+ who dont need it claiming it just to put in a savings account.

Well in that situation Vicky obviously something has to be done,I am talking about people who say they on a regular basis things like they have to starve to feed their kids and usually these people look as though they'de outlast us in a famine.

Well the only way people get foodbank vouchers (now) is if their claim is not processed, they are sanctioned, or homeless. Even homelessness doesnt count sometimes
