I understand why you view that as problematic but this site has been here since 2002 and it's a policy that's stood the test of time, we've never had any problems I know of that have stemmed from 13 year olds frequenting the forum. There aren't very many, anyway. When I joined, I was 13, almost 14, and I've been here for over 8 years now. I can vouch for this site, nothing bad came of me being here from that age
