I don't think ofcom will do anything unless it can be proven that it made a difference and it was deliberate?

It didnt make a difference as she got through the flash vote.

Unless the votes carried over? Still dont think 8 mins o voting would make much difference to the end result though

Still doubt a few mins of voting would make a difference to a 24 hour vote.

And they will just write it off as a technical error or something no doubt.

Its a big mistake to make though. And I can see why people are so peed off about it.

Hm well it's a bit dodgy but Dermot read her number out and it was included in the performance montage VT both last night and tonight, plus she survived the Flash Vote and also most votes I believe are cast during the results show so it won't have made much of a difference anyway
