Harris Academy upper Norwood - slang ban - do you like, like ? or can not bare it ? init ? 16.10.13
i have to praise, this is a story doing good, so after this email erase, i will at least no i have contacted Harris Academy in upper Norwood. you have picked up and highlighted a enjoyment, this way of life is compulsory, there is no hope for future employment, "the only way is sussex" and Geordie no sure" is a insult to injury. the "ban" introduction i welcome and bless, no quilt remotely, because the pupils will be able to express, all done in good English appropriately. if the pupils disobey, and the rule they neglect, the "teachers" will simple say, on your words please reflect. the band list will scare, it also consists of "phrases" tragically, words such as "extra" or "like" and "bare", and sentences can not start with basically. trying to encourage sides that are soft, is it possible realistically, has this school got its brain in the loft, i personally think they will thrive academically. Terry Victor opposes, its wrong to censor, sending people like "Dickens" rose's, and if still around i am sure would be in Mensa. i am mixed and in the middle hang, but i am just a fool, i love and use in my poems "slang", but how realistic is it to be able to ban it from school. ( i am divided on this issue as i do understand the young speak a different lingo to us oldies ? but the question is - is a ban the right move ? if you want to read what inspired me to write about this, i got the info from this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-24522809 as normal can all reply's to this thread, rhyme ? cheers blood. ) |
