I'm hoping to re-read the book before Friday also. I watched a tv spot and see things I remember reading about.
Mainly Spoiler:

In case someone hasn't read the book and doesn't want to be spoiled
![]() I'm considerate like that.

SIGH

I see it tonight omfg
![]() It really was perfect in every way. I felt it stayed more closely to the book than the first ones. I'm still buzzing about it tbh. 10/10 easily ![]()

was pretty good... the audience who I saw it with were annoying though. Mostly kids who'd just gotten out of school (saw it at 5:30 on Friday). They laughed at a scene where they were healing themselves in water after the poison-gas gets released (I don't think that's a major spoiler but even if it is, get over it
) The film's decent... could've maybe done with a little less concentration on the first half of the story than Spoiler: really liked the castings of Beetee, Wiress, Johanna and Plutarch although the scene where Enobaria introduces herself with her "grrr!" was a bit **** and cheesy LOLBasically, if you liked the first you'll like the second. It's just as tense, just as funny in the right places, and the performances are all pretty great. Story too. Nothing major missing from the book that I can recall. |

Nearly cried when she went into the fog...I watched it Friday at Odeon, and watched it yesterday at Odeon... And I'm going again on Saturday! The movie is generally amazing.

Also saw it today, kinda preferred the first one but still think it was good film. I guess the exceptions for the film were high after enjoying the book so was kinda disappointed by it and not wowed.
