The Voice Australia's coaching panel has been given a big reshuffle for 2014, with Australia's pop princess Kylie Minogue and the Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am set to join Joel Madden and Ricky Martin on Nine's hit talent show next year.

The network made the announcement yesterday, which will see the duo replace former coaches *Delta Goodrem and Seal.

The new coaches have already had a taste of what it's like to be in the spinning red chair. Minogue, left, has joined The Voice UK for its third season, which airs in January, while will.i.am, right, has been a regular on that show from the start.

"It is an honour to join The Voice Australia as a coach working alongside Kylie Minogue, Ricky Martin and Joel Madden," will.i.am said in a statement. "Australia is a highly creative country and a place with many good memories that have shaped my music career."

Minogue, whose sister Dannii Minogue is a judge on Seven's rival singing talent show The X Factor, said she was ecstatic to be coming home to work on the popular talent series.

"I look forward to spending time in Australia, getting up close and personal with new talent," she said.

Martin, who replaced country crooner Keith Urban as a coach this year, proved a big hit among Australian viewers on the show's second season.

While Goodrem will take a break from the series next year to focus on her music, the 29-year-old will head up the panel for The Voice Kids with Madden late next year.

The singer took to Twitter yesterday to explain her decision to step back from the talent show.

"I always have and will, feel very passionate about nurturing and discovering the next generation of Australian talent," she wrote.

The rest of The Voice Kids coaching panel is yet to be announced.

Darren McMullen will return to host both shows.

Nine also announced as part of its 2014 program launch that the two-part WA-shot mini-series Gina, centring on mining magnate and world's richest woman Gina Rinehart, will air sometime next year.
