There is a competition and the winner becomes the 'Big Boss'. The Big Boss decides who will be evicted. Some days the Big Boss decided to evict them selves instead of another one of the nominees. For the Final there was a series on competitions.

- Dragana has finished 3rd place. Aleksandra has finished in 4th place.
- Ivan is the winner of VB1 Serbia. Edin has finished as the runner-up.

BB7 Brazil:

- 6 hours after he entered the House, Fernando was kicked out. The reason was because it was discovered that he is a family friend of one of the directors of the TV broadcaster which is against the rules.
- Felipe has entered the House as a replacement Housemate for Fernando.
- A competition was held to find out who would be up for eviction. The eviction will be between 2 pairings of Housemates.
- Airton/Juliana & Alan-Pierre/Flávia are nominated
Day 3 - Airton & Juliana evicted with 56%
- Alan-Pierre and Flávia automatically become the joint Head of House.
Day 6 - Bruno & Daniel nominated
Day 8 - Daniel is evicted with 72% of the vote.
