I hate wrapping as well, especially those awkward shaped gifts, so my solution is to mosey on down to the 99p store and get gift bags for stuff that is not easy to wrap. 2 big ones for 99p or 3 in a pack Medium/Small/Bottle bag

You have yourself a job then

Seriously though I can never get both ends to be equal in length and then when I try and fold the corners over they squish together.

And don't get me started on cellotape. The worst good invention ever.

Oh yeh they are annoying. I cannot wrap anything that isn't box shaped.

Wrapping paper gets me aswell. Last year I bought some beautiful shiny silver wrapping paper from Marks & Spencer and spent half an hour looking at my reflection making weird shapes instead of wrapping up presents.

I usually leave it till last min.... :/
Not my fave job.
My son wrapped some for me but he wrapped a doll for my niece in 'boyish' wrapping paper, so I asked him to open it and rewrap it... He looked at me like I'd gone insane

They really do require having a third arm (to hold it down whilst you try and get the sellotape).

Did you open then?

That would kill me. Having to open presents I painstakingly wrapped together knowing I then had to wrap them again.

I quite like wrapping though.

I LOVE wrapping! It's so much fun! I put on Christmas music and get right into it :-D I'm a perfectionist though so they all must be perfect.

It's been a disaster today, I've been wrapping all morning and as I wrap my bunny rabbit oscar unwraps them, so everyone is having a chewed not so perfect present this year, oops! Lol

Ill wrap yours if you like Kyle.

Don't use sellotape, use "Magic" tape on a dispenser. Far less hassle than sellotape.

Edit: It is practically invisible so you have the added advantage of watching the recipients struggling to find the joins!

Perfect solution.

Only buy items in square boxes.

I have exactly 2 presents to wrap so far, both in lovely identical square boxes.

Then I only have the wine and spirits to wrap...that is easy enough as long as you don't try and disguise them.

Sellotape dispenser really does come in handy as well.
