Default ***New eye design...and how to design a logo successfully

ive seen a lot of people trying to design a logo for Big Brother..

here a few things you need to remember about the logo..

- it has to work as a silhouette....simply changing the colour or printing a design on the basic eye outline will not work for a logo.

Look at the past examples theyre are all distinguishable in 'silhouette. so you need to change the 'shape' of the eye

- dont just break up the logo with a pattern...its boring.
look at the past logos, theyve all had something more to the manipulation of the shape.



here is one ive been working on...

i call this design 'clockwork'

I think the clockwork idea is clever and I understand what you mean about a silhouette as well. It's a good attempt, although I'm not sure if BB will end up using a clockwork design.

lol so how do u know u wouldnt like the clockwork in colour?

i know a lot of people who thought the BB5 eye in black and white print was boring etc...when they saw it on screen it all changed, they loved it

Not a big fan of the eye. It's a good idea, but it needs some improving. I wonder if this is enough manipulation:

Sorry Lampy, they just dont look real enough. I agree with bb4eva, when you add colour it will look better. Im not a fan of them
