It is their right to clear their name.

You could want this thing to just go away, but it won't. This is not going away, if proof is available to discredit endemol.

Whether these arguments were considered racial or not. It is neither here nor there.

Each section of this investigation has to be done in a separate way. "Who takes the blame for what"

1) Can anybody make a case against "Danielle" for the comments she said, which was shown on the show?

2) Can anybody applaud Endemol for editing out more apparent racial stuff

3) Can you prosecute Endemol for editing apparent racial comments out, which is really their job anyway. To police the show's housemates.

4) Should Endemol have known better as they thought of ratings first and gambled by only showing the lesser comments, with only slight racial overtones

5) Could this investigation backfire on Danielle? as, she may have said certain more racial sounding comments which could hurt her too.

6) If Jade or Jo said worse stuff and the show chose to edit it out, then, who deserves, (legally) to take the blame? Jade & Jo or Endemol for not spotting this and should have birdwhistled the whole problem out. and warned all of them secretly within the Diary Room.

7) Should all three girls, Jade, Danielle & Jo get together and clear all their names at once? and make this a massive publiced court battle.

8) Can Big Brother find another company, who can police the show better than Endemol, if, a prosecution is made against Endemol, so that the Big Brother show can continue.

Now that is worth debating!!!!

Will Danielle Lloyd be the one housemate who can bring this whole nightmare of the three girls to a conclusion that makes them all feel safe and happy too.

They deserve peace and justice too. xxx
