Actually she is being the over enthusiastic child at the party who is very venerable to criticism. We are not seeing the organised business personality manipulating resources to achieve a goal.

I agree we're not seeing a composed woman capable of commanding a business empire; but we are seeing the qualities that give her the sort of drive and self confidence to achieve her goals. She speaks her mind and sticks to her guns, she doesn't pander to anyone as far as I can see, I can see how she'd get ahead of others in her chosen career path.

no one has to. if asked they can if they want but all you have to do is think just a lil bit and its easy to see why a certain HM is loved/hated. "i dont get the appeal/i dont get the love/hate." i dont get why some people cant get why someone is liked or not. its not really that hard to figure out. can at least get in the ballpark if you think about it hard enough.
