Were they skinny first, or skinny because of being a model? Why SHOULD they be skinny? - it's because people like you are in the mindset that if you're bigger than a size 0 (99% of the population) - you're too big to show off clothes.

Do you think it's right their alter their diet and manipulate their metabolism JUST to please the business?

Also, I'm confused as to why designers prefer anorexic models. Not many people seem to like it, they look rank, and they make the clothes look drab.... ?

Where is the other thread about it? There was a post about whether boys prefer skinny or curvy girls, except there's a difference between skinny, and anorexic.
And many of us are concerned about the impression it's making on young girls, it's a very real and serious issue that NEEDS to be discussed.
