I hate calling phone companies too.
It took me nearly an hour to cancel my contract with 3 because an Indian woman had endless offers and questions before she'd bloody get on with it. The number of times I repeated "No, I'm not interested in anything other than cancelling my contract. THAT'S ALL I WANT TO DO!"
