He instructed his bodyguard to confront a photographer who was then assaulted...assaulted by who? And if Bieber told his bodyguard to murder someone, or jump off a bridge and he did, would it be Biebers fault..of course not. The body guard has his own mind.
Havent watched the vid or anything, but the story about this in the OP sounds ridiculous and if this is the whole thing, then I dont even see why hes in court?
