I thought I'd post this up just in case any Telewest users among you didn't know that from last wednesday we can actually get the live feed on interactive.



It only works on E4 (not C4), it takes ages to load and the first time I tried it it wouldn't work and I had to reboot my set top box, but its working now and its great.

Still nothing for NTL viewers though - sorry Rach

Sounds like NTL... despite the fact their much fabled CR3 upgrades for most parts of the network offer interactive features, it's mainly still rather buggy. My best friend's NTL box also randomly displays other channels, the most disturbing was about 30 seconds of a porn channel in the middle of a news broadcast.

I moved out of an NTL area to a Telewest one in February and I was dreading it as I had heard so many bad things about Telewest and had never experienced any problems at all with NTL.

I have still had more problems here with Telewest in 6 months than I ever had with NTL, but they have definitely come up trumps with the live feed on interactive - its the first time I have been glad to be in a Telewest area.

I think the thing with Emma's NTL service is that she lives in a 'original' NTL area (cabletel originally), so the architecture is archaic.

Thanks for letting us know about telewest being able to recieve BB live, I am a telewest viewer, and didn't know about it until reading here. I have several friends who would also like to thank you, and they also didn't know until I phoned and told them of your message.
