Steven the man with 2 wheels - mental health issue 30.03.14
i am breaking a rule but its done through compassion to give this to Stephen would be cruel this i have to ration. Steven is well known this statement is not random his wheels are his throne i am labeling him the "king of Camden". on your first meeting you will be scared and terrified children won't enjoy this greeting his "shabby rough look" and "sound level" will have petrified. but hopefully the wheels will turn and Stephens risk of harm is put on the shelf when i see him i have heart ache and burn because the only damage is to himself. i don't no his history has Stephen had severe trauma one thing that is no mystery for a old boy he goes through me faster then a korma. something has switched compassion for him i feel awareness of "mental health" will have me enriched i just hope the reader remembers next time they see the man with the wheel. ( i always drive through camden -kentish at all different times and i can not help but noticed this man. have you ever seen him ? what was your impression ? did you have compassion or did you think something else ? i would really like to show a softer side by understanding that Stephen has mental health issues and this really breaks my heart. so next time you see Stephen with his wheels - don't judge and think this is a prank or he is doing it deliberately and please don't laugh at him. just have understanding that something in his brain has gone wrong for him to feel compelled to do this. if you wanted to find out a bit about mental health you can visit here - http://www.mind.org.uk/ ) Last edited by waterhog; 30-03-2014 at 09:35 AM. |
