tbh I think the only game I'd be able to run would be a BBUS format one since I'm such a big fan but obviously you (and Raph...kind of) hold the rights to that on here and do a great job of it already. If you ever you get bored of it/want to give it up though you know where to find me

Elimination 10 will be the last game I host on here, after that I am hanging up my hosting hat.

I'd actually prefer somebody who knows the US format to take over, so after 10 you are more than welcome. Elimination has been a serious game on TiBB since Ross started it so I'd like to keep the torch going to somebody who will do it justice

Why don't you come up with a format that's similar to BBUS but has different elements to it?

When I was thinking of some ideas earlier, I had one where everyone competes in a challenge at the start of each round, and the person who wins the challenge is immune for that week, and then everyone else (except the challenge winner) nominates 2 people for eviction, and the 2 or more players with the most nominations are put up for eviction, and then a save and replace task happens and the winner of that gets to swap themselves with someone else and then the immunity challenge winner decides who goes home. So when you're nominating, you can;t just nominate the 2 people you get on least with because 1 of them could win the save and replace task and put you up on the block. Much more tactical than it sounds.

Obviously it needs some tweaking but I'm sure someone as intelligent and organised as you would be able to make it work. You'd be a really good host Jack, it'd be a shame to see you not do anything.

Of course! After E10 has finished just double check you're sure you want to pass the mantle on, let me know if so and I would love nothing more than to run the one after, thanks Ben!

You'd be a great Elimination host

But Ben is the perfect host IMO, it'd feel weird and be a shame if he wasn't hosting anymore.

Maybe you could host a smaller, less time-consuming game, Ben?

I just haven;t got the time anymore with work. I want to host one more and go out with a bang, but I've been doing them since 2010 with The Mole, Elimination, Hotseat, etc and it's time TiBB started having some new hosts and new games.

I offered Jack first, so I can;t really take it back lol. But if he doesn't go ahead with 11 then you can. It won't be until Jan next year for 11 anyway, so it's far off yet

Nah, tbh it is so much hard work running a game, and as much as I enjoy it I need to start cutting down my time on TiBB and focus on my career etc, so after summer that is what I am going to do.

That actually sounds like a really good idea to me! I love the idea of the immunity challenge winner having the sole power to send someone home, that'd really freak some players out. Whenever I've come up with ideas before they've usually involved two teams competing against each other (kinda the idea around Versus I suppose?) but I could never really work out a way to make it interesting/strategic

I think you should run something like that, you've come up with the idea so I couldn't take it off you

if I was to run it then it will probably be around September/October/November time but if someone is desperate to run this themselves they can if they want to.
