It was me who resized the banners.
 These are the Forum limits - they're given in James's first post on this thread: No more than 2 banners (550px x 150px) and five lines of text (including blank lines). Or... one banner and ten lines of text. Or... no banner and 15 lines of text. UPDATE: Or... one 550x300 banner and five lines of text Hope that helps.
