Well I'm happy with the content but my supervisor finally got back to my last night basically saying he didn't have any comments to make, so I've not had feedback on 80% of the content... great

..I think no comments will be a good thing though Greg, he hasn't got any criticisms or any suggestions or anything and he wants you to all do well too, so I think I would read that as a positive...and I know you write eloquently/research well/and have great thought processes and theories so I think it's probably a great dissertation..oh greg, not now but when you have your degree, could I read it..?..

Well here's hoping! I need to proof read it but the idea of sifting through 35 pages for the umpteenth time is so depressing I think I might even be able to quote large chunks of it in my sleep! And of course you can hopefully it's easy to understand... because if not then I have failed!

..I know what you mean though about reading things and reading things, it drives you crazy but if you don't do it you can miss something or some really bad sentence structure because your focus has been on the content...

I'll try to lose some weight. I'm cutting my portions to half. Hope it works. I have to wear a swimming costume this summer.

..Vanessa, only lose weight if you want to lose weight, do it for you because you know how you feel happiest but don't do it because you were unfortunate enough to encounter idiots behaving like morons just to make them try to feel better about themselves ..but if you do want to then I would say just try not to 'diet' as such, it's never good to deprive your cravings for things you love, just not have them to a more extreme and more treats and have more of a healthy eating lifestyle/but not dieting...

I'll still eat things that i love. Just less of them. I'll try to eat more salads. I quite like them.

Vanessa,do you like wraps? if so cut your bread out swap for wraps,eat loads of salads,veg etc,use a smaller plate and cut down on the carbs,it works and is painlessMorning btw

..give yourself a bit of time to feel a bit better though if your body is low and you feel poorly/maybe a few days or a week and set that as a goal to aim for, give yourself a date Vanessa....

I would never want to be skinny. Better to have something to grab hold of.
