I had to do this, I did it in Movie Maker.

Just delete the video, except the 10 minute clip you want. Save it
Then Undo. This will bring back the rest of the video. Delete the bit youve saved, and the end bits, save the next 10 minute clip and so on.

There is probably an easy way. But this was quick and easy for me to do.
