We're always keen to report the latest BB8 news - and anything that doesn't involve Jade Goody - and now we have found yet another new eye which is being passed off as official.

We'll cut to the chase - here is the eye, as found on Big Brother: Blogged (www.freewebs.com/bigbrotherblogged) (which we think, personally, is the best-designed freewebs fansite):

The website claims that this is the official Big Brother 8 eye, saying: "Designed once again by Daniel Eatock, it follows the traditional base logo used since 2001 but with a twist for 2007.

"And, if that's not enough, our mole has also managed to sneak a screengrab of the new titles.

"Naturally, you, the viewers, will be wary of what's being posted before your very eyes - Big Brother fans are cynical by nature - however, we're confident we've not been duped and that the following images are official."

And we are very cynical - we wouldn't take this eye too seriously, because nothing official has been released by Channel 4/Endemol yet, and we don't expect it until late April/early May.

Mind you, we've got to hand it to whoever designed it - it's an excellent effort, which has been pulled off well, and unlike the 'Target' eye (which was good enough, but just oozed fakeness), we could actually imagine these as the real BB8 eye.

As we have said before, we have been bored with the lack of rumours or anything decent to report in the last few days, so we mocked up our own eye - and we will post it here later on.

That Eye Dos'nt look Proffesional enough to be the eye. i doubt its the eye.

the only thing that gives it away is the titles, theres no way ne1 even production staff wyd be able to get hold of a high quality clean screenshot of the opening titles at such an early stage.
Great concept and idea.

BUT GUYS,
I think these are Lampys, not so long ago myself and herself had a convo on u2u about my eye desgin and her words were: "ive got something clever planned for the reveal of my eye this year. and dont worry its completely different to the clockwork design".
I think this might be it.

I hate that eye and I am no way going to believe it is the eye. Also, the fact that a screenshot of the supposed "titles" has been there, just proves how much of a fake it is because eye releases never reveal title shots.

It's more original than the ones with the diagonal lines that everyone (including myselv) has made this year.

That's how it is most of the time.

I don't love it (and I don't want to see it used officially), but I like it better than...well...the diagonal lines.

Its like the BB6 eye but the lines are horizontal not vertical
