Consensus is #4 is worst. Second worst is #11, the angel wings? I like that one best out of all of them. Interesting idea and well executed.
In one of the early seasons they actually broke the diary room chair IIRC. S4, I think. That blue POS.
#1 - First attempt at an interesting chair. It gets a pass. Just an interview room in a studio at this point.
#2 - Small, understated chair compared to later ones. Comfortable looking and aesthetically pleasing. One of the best ever, IMO. OK background, a bit dull.
#3 - Comfortable looking and artistic. Sitting in a large lady's crotch. Good background, too.
#4 - Ugly, cheap chair in a plain room.
#5 - Not very aesthetically pleasing, especially the blue rubber mats tacked to the walls, but their first attempt to fully use the space and go big with the chair.
#6 - Cosy looking chair, aids the intimate environment the DR is supposed to have. One of the better DRs.
#7 - First throne looking thing for the wannabes. Leather on leather? If you want an artistic interpretation I'd say faux royalty in a padded cell.
#8 - Eye catching, but distracting and uncomfortable looking, even though you can see the seat has a clear cushion if you look closely.
#9 - Cool looking chair, but looks like they're piloting the starship Enterprise or something. Pleasing enough background.
#10 - Dreadful chair, somewhat ugly background. I thought this would be voted the worst after reading the comments.
#11 - Love it, though I guess you guys didn't.
#12 - Truly ugly chair, looks uncomfortable, below average background.
#13 - I like this chair. It's completely washed out by the terrible background.
#14 - Ghastly ugly, uncomfortable looking chair. OK background that fit with the broader theme of the house.
I don't like the big thrones that seem designed to make the interviewees look and feel very important, such as #7, #8, and #9.
