that didn't go to #1 in America. we belong together/gold digger/run it!, all hip hop or R&B songs, were number one instead during it's release.

woah is there a need to be so aggressive if you could read I clearly said she HELPED popularise dance music, I didn't say solely.

You said she took an artistic risk by releasing it when it clearly wasn't if Hung Up and other dance songs were doing well, are we done now?

how many other black R&B/hip-hop/dancehall artists released an EDM song at the time?
