Emilee, you'll have a great time doing all that. The assault course is great, i've done 3 different ones and they're all good fun, the wall is a nightmare though. Abseling is great too, i love abseiling and the cliff jumping is good too. Canoeing bores me but that's just because i don't like paddling and stuff but others really like it.
Paintballing is also good, i went a while back and it was great, save some of your paintballs for the end because whoever has paintballs left at the end gets to go into a 'free for all' and use the paintballs they have left to shoot each other, it's great.
It does hurt though but it's good.
I'm jealous, i'll be doing exam work next week whilst you're doing all that.
