It seems the cause of the argument was resolved by Helen confirming something and sorting it in a matter of seconds.

Then instead of continuing on the "Oh I could be wrong" it seems she went straight back to who was being disrespectful during the argument allowing it to carry on.

It became no longer an argument about the original reasons but an argument about the argument.
