The way I attached my photo was to scroll down towards the bottom of the message. Just above where it says "post Reply" there is a section called "Attachment".
Click on the Browse button and find your picture on your PC's hard drive and then post the message. That's what I did anyway, I don't know how you do those photos that appear in the middle of the message as a photo rather than as a link ....
