Big Brother six winner Anthony Hutton is quitting showbiz and returning to his old career as a hairdresser.

The reality star, who is famous for his live jacuzzi antics with fellow BB contestant Makosi Musambasi, feels it is time to get a "proper job".

Anthony, 30, is now set to open a salon called 'Dude' in Darlington.

He told the The Sunday Sun: "I have blagged as many pantos as I can in the last three years but it's time to get a proper job.

"I'm looking to run my own business and settle down. I was a hairdresser before Big Brother so I'm going to go back to that."

After winning the 2005 series of Big Brother, Anthony - who also worked as a 70s dancer - released his own disco work out DVD.

He dated Pop Idol contestant Zoe Birkett for four years, but split with her last year.(2012)
