I don't think that proves they went all the way,they were saying yesterday how embarrassed they were at having a kiss,and seemed to have not wanted that to happen,Ash may well have got 'fruity' but that's normal for a guy,doesn't mean they acted on it.

I think what ash and helen have is true, they will remain good friends in and out of the house, they have taken their relationship nice and steady, it may blossom romantically, but at least they havent jumped straight in like steven and km
