The grass is always greener Ryan. There's nothing wrong with a bit of flirting, and window-shopping. But, if your relationship with your girlfriend means anything to you then you wont go any further than that.

If you don't feel like your relationship with your girlfriend is what you want, then you should end it first, before you take up with the local lass.

However, I would give you one piece of advice. Don't break up with your girl because of the other girl. If you are breaking up, make sure it's because you want to. Breaking up for the sake of going elsewhere might prove to be something you would regret, because, as Ash said, she might lose interest if there's no "chase" and she might not be a great catch after all.

It's good to see you saying you wouldn't cheat though. I wouldn't either. I would end my current relationship if I had any intention of being with someone else.
