7 had a good premiere and that's pretty much it, 14 is rly generic with boring tasks and a boring route and lackluster cast, and 21 is complete garbage. The first half is franchise low with terrible editing, terrible tasks, terrible cast, etc. It cycled back and forth between boring and infuriatingly boring for at least the first half. The second half wasn't as bad as there was at least the slightest semblance of forward plot movement, it pretty much involved teams I didn't care about in any sort of way.

Anyway, to get back to recommendations I would normally recommend 1, 3, and 5 since they're three of the best seasons of reality television, but looking at your BBUS ranking you pretty much dub all the old seasons boring (including 2 and 3 which is absurd but that's fora nother topic) so that probably won't work, which is a shame. IDK your BBUS ranking is extremely Brenchel-skewed so just watch their seasons I guess. And you actually find some things to appreciate in BB14 and BB16 somehow so just watch recent seasons since that seems to be your thing.
