There is no need for vandalism of BB property and I am sure that the housemate would be brought into the diary room and I am not sure what they would say in this instance? But they could just be warned about it.

Just as the housemate leaves the Diary Room, he or she may kick a chair over in disgust

As I don't watch all the footage, maybe there has been occasions of this example?
