If you look at the pictures in todays daily star you can see there is a reception area at the bottom of the stairs before there is another door to the main house!

WHY???

Could this be were the housemates are split into two camps?

I would have thought they would just have used the two separate houses for any divide like they did in CBB5.

Funny you mention the divide, as there's a new picture floating round of a different staircase with a line going down the middle...

But if you look on the other picture with the squares on the wall, you can see transparent doors like down the bottom aswell, so it looks like they've just redone the walls to the BB6 look.

This year do people think that the producers will introduced a divide. Splitting the house so that there is no longer one group to belong to but two or three. Hence taking away the group experience from the house mates so there is no middle ground or shared experience between the fun fun fun brigade and those that require a bit more high brow stimulation.

Is this the sort of thing we are talking about?

I like the idea of the Battle...

The Dutch did it during on of their earlier series and it was quite successful.

I personally love this time, just before the start of the series, when there's loads of speculation!

I reckon the space in between is just an air lock to avoid the non-evicted houemates from hearing the crowd etc. Also would help with fake evictions etc.

I think this picture is OLDER than the one with the boxes.

For BB7, they just covered the wallks with plastic (the yelow and black stuff), and they probably stuck it on top of the BB6 walls.

I bet this was taken after the plastic stuff was removed, but before the boxes were put in.

I've just popped onto my desktop and when i log in the BB News Ticker still pops up. Its been there since BB7, ive been too lazy to uninstall it.

Anyone who knows about the ticker knows that it scroll BB News across as it happens, with links to the C4 Site.

Anyway, it is scrolling across news stories! The 2 that make sense read 'we go in the house' and 'Battle Royal'. Does this mean that BB8 will be the Battle?
