..well she married him...of course she sees those qualities. It's knowing where to find the line between being helpful without being patronising and condescending. He is trying portray the image of being kind and caring but it's not genuine because he then goes and slags Gary off behind his back and making sly demeaning innuendos. The guys fake...all he cares about is his image.
