She doesn't seem to know what to do on the show. From a career standpoint, it would be better for her to be relevant for one day than play a subordinate role for three weeks. She's only behaving this way toward Gary because he's been rejected by the other HMs, and joining in ostracizing an outsider is one way to try to fit in with a group. It's an ugly behaviour born of fear.

She is trying to develop a b1tch character for herself, but you can't be a timid villain. It just doesn't work. It's actually surprising how incompetent "reality" performers are when no one offers them any direction and they have to shape scenes and storylines entirely on their own.
