Victor made no efforts to disguise his delight that the Harem were all facing the public vote and spent most of the evening looking like the Jungle Cat that got the cream.

As Marco and Nadia discussed the nominations, Victor accused Marco of giving him "funny looks" and asked for "a bit of respect" from the man he calls "Seal Boy".

"We are not trying to create an atmosphere," said Nadia, shielding her friend from Victor's gaze.

"You're condescending me," Marco hit back at Victor, before heading off to the Diary Room to have a little cry. Bless, Darling!

"I don't want to stay here on my own," he sobbed, fearful that his Harem would be torn apart on Friday night.

But conditions in the Big Brother House can change as quickly as the shade of Jay's skin. Within the hour, Marco and Victor were on speaking terms again, united by their deep love of the film Working Girl.

Marco visibly perked up as Victor described the feel-good plot, about a plucky office employee who beats the system and stands up against her aggressive boss.

The bald legal student's eyes also lit up when Dan started singing the song Manic Monday, which he incorrectly thought was on the film's soundtrack.

Perhaps this is because Mondays are always manic for Marco, as are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays...

Victor inched his way further into Marco's good books by talking about musicals, including Bugsy Malone and 42nd Street, and chat shows.

Marco admitted he enjoyed shows like Kilroy and Tricia, but hated the way the shows like to "Get the ********** cameras in" if any heartache occurs. If only he knew!!

A truce settled between Marco and Victor as they prepared for bed. With tensions already high and just three days to go till the eviction, long may this peace last...
