..just seeing your children all grown up and being great adults/great people...seeing them as the 'host' and you as the guest and just how they make everyone feel comfortable and how great they are with children as well/just making all ages feel relaxed and welcome..I know it's corny and doesn't sound much but I can't describe the feeling, how proud you are/how it makes you feel....it's just like, wow where did you come from...

My younger brother and I went to see our auntie and uncle yesterday, it's been 7 years since we last saw them and it was very emotional and a very happy, wonderful day. Saw my cousin and her husband and their kids while we were up there too. I'm so happy

It's going to sound stupid.. but me and my family used to go camping a lot when i was younger and some of my favourite/happiest memories are during that time and every morning when you'd wake up, you'd hear a chorus of tents being opened, birds singing and being just being generally happy and ever since then i've loved the sound of zips.. idek, it sounds even stupider now that i've written it out

..Liam, our whole lives are memories, these are the things that we 'keep' and take with us as time goes on and lovely childhood memories of happy times and feeling safe etc with no responsibilities in life but just enjoying time with people you care for are completely understandable and what we all have...I loved camping with my family when I was younger as well but I think I prefer hotels and houses now.....thanks for sharing that though...
