when is this officially coming out?

I really like windows 8 (I always like the previous one better than the most recent until I get used to it ) but I'll update if it's free of course.

I hated windows 8 at first now I love it but will upgrade if it's free AND they are fast at sorting out any issues.

Actually 8 is a pretty poor software, it's slow and has bugs. That's why the majority don't like it, not just because of the SB

agreed, at first you feel lost but it's easy to get used to over time and I actually prefer it now, it's more like a 'modern' version.
