It's such a shame that she is so annoying because this song is actually amazing! She doesn't scream superstar to me though, i hope she beats Cheryl in the charts though but i find that unlikely!

Leona Lewis and Kelly Clarkson both tried before TXF/AI to obtain success but the show they participated simply gave them a chance to showcase their talents to a wider audience.

Good on them and Raign for chasing their dreams tbh.

That's not really the same. Using the X Factor for promo isn't the same as using it to try and get into the business/get a record deal.

If she already has the means to release her music and is making a living out of it then why does she want to be a contestant on X Factor. Especially is she takes herself so seriously as an "artist", no artist would touch it with a bargepole. You're tarnished forever more.

Edit - Cheryl's last album came out and went number 1 without the X Factor.

Yes, but did they have the "success" this Raign claims to have had and managed to have music released? No. They auditioned on these shows because they needed the record deal.
