I would like to say that it's utter madness, because from a legal stand point I'm sure it is. However if Danielle wants to let this roll all the way up to court then that doesn't cost that much and she will make far more from all the publicity it will bring. However if she actually pursues it all the way and steps inside the court she is probably then putting everything on the line. She has got BB at a moment of weakness and her lawyer must have convinced her that endemol might go for a big settlement.
Personally I think she will end up looking pretty stupid after the things she said on CBB, and even more so now that her words will be seen over and over again and she will never get away from it. Move on Danielle
