I loved John Paul coming out as Ii was thinking I was gay at the time (I was 12) and like it helped as cringe as it sounds

But no, the idea of a straight guy, engaged to be married, suddenly shacking up with a bloke, leaving his fiance and running away with his male mistress.. it's unrealistic and gave me mixed signals about straight boys

It happens in real life though

I think it's one of the most realistic storyline's they have ever done - Teenage guy coming to terms with his sexuality falls in love with his best friend (this is co common it even happened to me) and then the friend realises he is in love too and yeah

Yeah i fell for a best friend as well, but it's not very often you hear of a completely straight guy suddenly realising he has homosexual tendencies and running away from their fiance with their best friend
