That is horrific. I can see why the father beat her up... she deserved it. Poor little kid...

Saying that someone is Ugandan when they are Ugandan is not unsavoury.

Because it's a fact. If she was Australian or French or Canadian they would still have mentioned it so I see no problem with mentioning her nationality is Ugandan.
