That was.. intense, to say the least, although some housemates I had previously thought to be duds (Chloe and Alexander mainly) proved themselves to be very likable in the face of uncomfortable situations so it wasn't completely terrible

But no, I don't think Chloe planned it. I'm not exactly a fan of her but I believe her upset was genuine (as I believe Jeremy didn't intend his action to be as bad as it was).
