All in the title, why is Patsy so nervous, stuttery, panicky looking constantly?

Probably because she's aware of the public watching her.

The others don't seem to care, but for someone who is incredibly aware of the fact that every little thing can be picked up on and scrutinised it can be a nerve-wracking experience.

It is likely to be linked with some sort of anxiety.

I have a mild form of anxiety, but if someone waved a hefty sum of money in my face then I would seriously consider going on BB.
