I disagree. I think Hopkins holds all the characteristics of a functioning sociopath and that's why she can be so nice at times and that niceness can be so convincing.

Parez on the other hand is a classic narcissist and this is why Hopkins has one over on him. Sociopaths eat narcissists for breakfast.

I don't think KH is a particularly nice person.
