However most rational people would realise it was no serious threat...if someone says to you in an argument 'I will poke your eyes out' or something, would you be calling the police saying that you were in fear for your sight?

Probably yeah I can't help it when people hate a BB housemate so much that they are attempting to compare something they said that was quite disgusting and inappropriate in an argument to serious rape threats
