Re: the Secret Villa. One of the best secret house twists I've seen is in Secret Story (France) and I think it would work well here. Essentially 4 people move into the Secret House on launch night, then one of them moves into the main house and has to keep the Secret House a secret (the premise of Secret Story is all HMs have a secret). That HM then "walked" a week in and two replacements (from the secret house) moved in, then ultimately all 4 of them. There are numerous ways it could be done but I wouldn't go to the effort of creating a second house for it to be used for just 4 days.

I quite like the idea of some sort of Purgatory in Big Brother - basically send evicted HMs there rather than straight to the outside and effectively have a two stage eviction process - firstly from the house and then from purgatory. Ultimately one person in purgatory would return to the main house.
