They stick their noses in where its not needed though. I have mentioned on here before I think the problems we had with the neighbour over our dog (in short, she was scared our staffie would eat her rottweiler

and she actually at one point threw dog crap into our yard then rang the council to try and say we didn't ever clean it up, hoping they would tell us to get rid...) well anyway, she rang the RSPCA to say we locked him outside 24/7 and didnt feed him. This was before the biting thing...
They turned up to inspect and basically laughed. He had a kennel outside yes and a bowl of water, BUT the kitchen door was always open so he could come in and out...he liked being in the kennel but also inside and it wa ssummer so it was fine to do that. He slept inside, and you could see he was happy and healthy.
