Melissa was great at the bitchy stuff whereas Hetti was good at the Business/Entrepreneur Lucy

I can't imagine Melissa running LB Lettings, if that makes sense?

Yeah it definitely does. I haven't watched EE regularly since the end of 2012, but from what I did see the new Lucy had a more vulnerable vibe to her.
