I like Olly Murs but I'm still of the opinion that he's had an easy ride his entire career because literally zero male popstars have emerged from the woodwork in his half a decade long run at the charts. Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith don't count, they're crooners. Olly is just an out and out popstar.

Olly's also a crooner, just a more Swing Pop style instead of the Folk/Soul styles of the other two artists that you've mentioned.
