If they want in that badly they'll get in anyway imo Internet cafe, relatives house, friends house, library, school even something as silly as free internet in a shop

Well I sort of disagree somebody made about 10 twitter accounts to pretend to be members here, if someone is willing to do that I can't imagine it's a big stretch to sit at their nans to make an account to get past the block.

I actually support what you want in place, I don't see a problem with it but I am just saying I doubt it's going to be a magic wand and cure the problem.
